A. Chances are your browser already has the Flash Player and Acrobat plug-ins, but if not, they're available free from www.macromedia.com and www.acrobat.com.
Q. I've taken the first lesson, including the quiz, but I'm unable to take the next lesson because the link is not active.
A. Most likely, the problem is you have your pop-up blocker turned on. To turn off the pop-up blocker from Internet Explorer, click the "Tools" link in the upper left corner of the browser, click "PopUp Blocker", then select "Turn Off PopUp Blocker" (as an option, you may select PopUp Blocker Settings, and enter www.gilmorereview.com as an allowed site).
Q. Can I take the lessons over again?
A. Once you've gone through each lesson, you may go back the take any of the lessons again. The lesson quizzes will randomly add different questions each time you take them. You may continue reviewing lessons and quizzes up to your course expiration date.
Q. Will your course totally prepare me for the certification examinations?
A. Our courses, designed by a team certified Security Professionals and instructional designers, will provide a solid foundation for examination preparation. However, we recommend you utilize other resources, including ASIS recommended references and other Security Professionals, to make sure you are fully prepared.
Q. Do your courses comply with the ASIS domains?
A. Yes, we utilized the published ASIS Domains as our guide for developing the lessons and content, using independent research, and presentations from past Chapter workshops. There are practice quizzes after each lesson designed to enhance learning, although they may not be in the exact format used during actual certificate examinations.
Q. If I have course content recommendations, how may I submit them?
A. To continually improve the quality of our products, we encourage any feedback to support@gilmorereview.com. This includes recommendations in the way of content, and even typographical corrections.
